Coolabilities strives to foster collaboration among families, schools and in the community. We aim to cultivate inclusive environments where everyone can actively participate, contribute their strengths, and experience a healthy balance of interdependence.
Coolabilities, LLC envisions a community where all belong and thrive, promoting collective effort through shared visions so that everyone can bring their best and support one another.
We are proud to serve and partner with local and state education agencies, advocacy organizations, community groups, self advocates and families.
The Coolabilities Origin Story
Like many meaningful movements, Coolabilities was born from a personal place—an urgent desire to help my own children thrive. I wanted them to be seen, valued, and supported by the communities they live in. I needed them to not only receive support—but to bring value, joy, and connection in return.
What started as a deeply personal mission grew quickly into a broader vision. Because inclusion can never stop at one family’s “why.” The need for belonging lives in every human heart.
Coolabilities began by working within our local school system—creating space for families to connect, be heard, and lead. From there, the work expanded into districts across Indiana, helping others build systems where family voice matters. Today, our mission reaches beyond the school walls and into the community at large—partnering with municipalities, educators, advocates, and families to shape inclusive spaces where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
