A peer-led initiative that uplifts and connects families of individuals with disabilities through events, resources, and shared leadership. We work in partnership with the City of Westfield and Westfield Washington Schools to foster true belonging in our community.
Westfield Advisory Council on Disabilities
As Chair of the Community Engagement Committee, Coolabilities facilitates town halls, accessibility audits, and family outreach efforts that inform citywide policy and design. We help Westfield grow more inclusive from the ground up.
INDIANA SEPAC collaborative
A statewide initiative that connects and equips Special Education Parent Advisory Councils (SEPACs) across Indiana. We provide coaching, training, and shared resources to amplify parent voice and school-family partnerships.
SEPAC COnsulting for school districts
From foundational planning to launch and long-term sustainability, we help districts create SEPACs that are effective, equitable, and rooted in trust. Our consulting includes stakeholder facilitation, capacity building, and custom support aligned to your district’s needs.
